Deeje: I just received an invoice from xxxxx Home Comfort for my hot water heater rental. I have been with xxxxx for several years. The invoice included an account set up fee of $35. ( because I had moved ) I called them to complain and told them that I had a friend who would blog them to death if they did not cancel the $35 charge. They waived it immediately.
